Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are considered final sale. Refunds are generally not offered once a digital product has been downloaded or delivered. Exceptions may be considered for: • Duplicate purchases • Corrupt or inaccessible files that cannot be replaced • Billing errors Custom commissions may have separate cancellation terms agreed upon before work begins. Shipping Policy

Wicked Works Studio sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped. All eligible digital purchases are delivered electronically through our website immediately after payment is successfully processed. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed because access to digital content is provided immediately. Custom commissions may be cancelled only before work has begun. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
